Finances Trainee (Business Process Administration)

We are looking for a trainee who can excel in the following activities: (Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills are required)

- Fully understanding of needs of internal clients to consolidate actual results
and budget management. - Benchmark to other CPOs to improve actual and forecast information management. - Improve accuracy projection and finance internal controls related to Global and Local Clinical trials. - Stabilizing activities and maintain low deviations vs. LOs and Budget - Become the point of contact (champion) of Development and Clinical Trials expense through challenge internal clients. - Be prepared as back-up for a local position of the BPA Team.

Salary: $900

Internal Communication Trainee 

A charismatic person who will be in charge of the relationship with Patients Association Groups (PAG's). Additionally you must have impecable redaction and ortography. You will be the only person of the area based on Guatemala, as your managers would be in Costa Rica; that means you must be self driven, responsible and proactive. 

 

Provide support on internal communications. Manage and update, as appropriate, the Internet and the Intranet, and other digital platforms (e.g. Yammer). Contribute to plan, develop and implement proactive outreach strategies regarding patient association groups (PAGs) in some CAC countries; to build capacity and institutional governance to meet patient’s needs; and leverage tne relationships with PAGs and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and position Novartis as a preferred partner.

Salary: $900
